JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years PQE.

OVERVIEW:

  • A well established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to support and built their family presence within Wiltshire.
  • Handling the broad remit of Family Law, the successful Family Solicitor will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters.

  • The successful Family Solicitor will have circa 5+ years PQE in dealing with a diverse caseload of private family related matters.
  • As the appointed Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for dealing with a privately funded caseload of matters including divorce, ancillary relief, separation agreements, children and cohabitation agreements.
