Overview:
A Market Leading Estate Agent are currently seeking a Property Manager to work closely with landlords and manage a portfolio of properties and tenants.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Providing recommendations for third party visits
- Managing compliance checks
- Organising end of tenancies and ensuring all paperwork and monies are in place
- Ensuring legal documentation is in place and following legal action if needed
- Organising maintenance with contractors
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a property management position
- UK Driving license
- Experience completing compliance checks
- An excellent communicator
- Hard-working and ambitious
- A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
Package:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary
- Monday – Friday (No weekends)
