Property Manager - New Cross
Salary - Up to £35,000 (Depending on Experience)
Our client is looking for a Property Manager. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. The successful candidate will be part of a team of three looking after a large portfolio of properties. Property Management is a core element of our client's business with many of their clients having been with them for years.

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations
- Managing existing tenancies and negotiating with contractors
- Property inspections
- Tenancy renewals and amendments
- Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
- Working with a team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered
The Individual:
- Working knowledge of REPIT or similar
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- 3-4 years property management experience.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
- Full driving licence
