Compliance Policy & Advice Manager

This role sits within Risk (Conduct/Prudential) with the aim of providing expert advice on regulatory matters. There will be line management responsibility for two members of the Policy and Advisory team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain highest standards of conduct and data protection
- Provide SME on all conduct-related sourcebooks (BCOBS, MCOB, CONC and others)
- Managing a small team
- Producing MI for presentation to board-level
Skills/Requirements
- Retail banking background
- Experience within a Risk/Compliance function
- Compliance examinations (CeMap etc.)
- Team lead experience
