We are looking for a team of Retail Managers - Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisor, who are energetic, personable and passionate about delivering a high level of specialist service! You will be passionate about the product and proud of where you work, showcasing natural energy and love for the brand in everything you do!
As Assistant Manager you will support your Store Manager in leading the brand-new store opening in Liverpool! This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of managing a store In your Store Managers absence, implementing marketing initiatives/brand campaigns, handling team training and development and driving exceptional customer service. We need a leader who is energetic, organised and diligent, with strong attention to detail!
Responsibilities as Assistant Manager:
- Selling and engaging with customers about highly technical and advanced apparel
- Maintaining high visual standards across all store areas
- Driving performance and sales through a premium experience and service
- Creating an environment that fosters an excellent experience for customers
- Managing team training & development
- Handling all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence
