We are delighted to be working with a client that is looking to appoint a Finance Director into their business. This position will form part of the senior leadership team. You will be joining an innovative business that has gone through significant expansion over the last 5 years. Please note that this position will be office based.

Finance Director - About The Role

You will be joining an established business that is looking to appoint a Finance Directorto oversee and manage the finance, HR and operational functions. This business is currently undergoing expansion plans and you will play a pivotal role in these plans. With a global customer base, you will be someone that has a thirst for business and wants to continue to develop a legacy.

You will be working with the senior management team and reporting into the owners of this business, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of this growing enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to join a profitable and growing business enterprise and utilise your entrepreneurial skillset gained to date. You will be working in a stable and supportive business culture and an innovative industry.

You will derive the business strategy on behalf of the Board, incorporating finance, operations and HR. You will be working in a diverse business, supporting the Manage Director and being the enabler to implement and manage the financial planning and analysis for all business areas. You will oversee and manage the standard finance and accountancy reporting obligations but this opportunity will enable you to be involved in so many other areas than finance. This is a truly commercial role that has huge potential for the right individual.

The successful Finance Director will have/be:

  • 5-10 years' post qualified experience
  • Experience of working across Finance, HR & Operations, working at both a strategic and operational level
  • Demonstration of effective team management and delegation
