Juice is excited to be supporting a well-known Financial Services Company based in Bath City Centre, in their search for a Senior Client Services Administrator to join their friendly team.
The role has arisen due to ongoing growth and sustained new business. As a Senior CSA, you will be responsible for processing big volumes of various administration tasks ensuring that they are completed right the first time.
This role offers hybrid working with 2 days required in the office and 3 from home. We'd love to hear from you if you have previous experience in FS and are looking to take the next step in your career!
DAY TO DAY:
- Providing key administrative support to Financial Advisors
- Ensuring all application processes are accurate and complete, meeting daily deadlines
- Liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation
- Logging any incidents/exposures to manage risks effectively
- Developing new processes to improve the efficiency of the company's procedures
- Act as the first point of contact for queries within the team
- Working closely with Financial Advisors to ensure that all enquiries & queries are answered in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting with business administration surrounding the company's software
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience working in Financial Services
- Knowledge of SIPP / ISA / Offshore Bonds etc.
- Professional and personable communication skills
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks working to tight deadlines
- Great attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
