The Multi Skills Lecturer will need to have :
- Teaching Experience within a Further Educational College / Training Centre (essential)
- A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
Ideal candidate will have 1 or all of the following qualifications :
- Teaching Qualification (PGCE, GTS , Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training Qualification)
- Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualifications
- IV / IQA Qualifications
- Assessors Award Level 3
