Job Title: MIG Welder

Salary: £13.96 - £15.86 per hour + enhanced overtime rates (1.3)

Our client, a well-established manufacturer, is seeking dedicated MIG Welders to join their team at their Aylesford facility. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a company at the forefront of innovation.
About the Role:
- Position: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, with overtime opportunities at enhanced rates
- Location: Based in Aylesford
Key Responsibilities:
- MIG Welding: Basic experience required (TIG welding experience would be an advantage)
- Fast-paced production line welding experience is highly preferred
- Ability to interpret basic technical drawings
- Perform general factory tasks and assist with housekeeping to ensure safety and company standards are upheld
- Work within a strong Health & Safety culture, adhering to regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of MIG welding (TIG welding preferred as well but not essential)
- Skills: Ability to work with heavy materials, attention to detail, and good time management
- Attitude: A team player with a positive, flexible approach, able to adapt to changing workloads
