This dynamic consultancy work on bespoke gardens for premium clientele in Surrey, Reading, Sussex and South-West London. Mainly working on residential projects this company have made built an outstanding reputation making noteworthy appearances at prestigious events like the Chelsea Flower Show where they're know to come back with various awards. The have recently won am exciting high end residential project in Reading worth other 1 Million Pounds so they're looking for an expert to join the team and run their higher value projects.
This is a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join a growing Landscaping company, who have double turnover in the last year, holding a high level role and eventually moving up to Project Manage as the business grows.
You will be based on projects within an hour of Guildford, with Reading being the initial project. You will oversee projects from concept through to completion responsible for programmes, health and safety, sub-contractor management. You will ultimately be responsible for the smooth delivery of sites from concept through to completion.

- Site based within an hour radius of Guildford
- Bespoke landscape projects in the residential sector, value £300K - 1.5M.
- Projects consisting of the highest quality for a premium client base.
- Sociable work environment with a dynamic team.
The Person:
- Sire Supervisor or Foreman
- Residential or Commercial landscaping background or Civils and Groundworks
- Sub-contractor management experience
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Work effectively in a small team with busy work environment
- Good communication and written communication for client facing responsibilities
