Requirements:
- * Have substantial experience in the Further Education and Training sector
- * Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (DTLLS, PCET, PGCE or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Education)
- * Have previous experience working as a Lecturer or Teacher and a successful record in retention and achievement
- * Hold GCSEs in both Maths and English, at grade A-C or equivalent
- * A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
- * Proven experience of consistently good/outstanding teaching
Responsibilities:
- * Plan, deliver and assessing learners work, ensuring that all outcomes are met
- * Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons in line with College policies
- * Deliver engaging lessons and spread your passion onto the next generation
- * Manage classroom behaviour ensuring learners stay on task
- * To participate actively in the enrolment, induction, monitoring, profiling and initial assessment of students or trainees.
