THE COMPANY:

A leading finance company located in the heart of the City of London are expanding and are seeking a talented HR Recruitment Manager to join the team and lead recruitment efforts.

THE ROLE:

Role Overview:

As an HR Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the industry. You will work closely with senior management and HR to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

THE PERSON:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruitment Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar Business Administration, or a related field.
