Contract HR Advisor

Seeking an HR candidate who is available at short notice and looking to working as part of an HR team in a varied and broad HR supportive role on a contract basis.

This role offers excellent exposure and involvement in all key areas of a supportive HR role across ER, HR policies and procedures, performance management, Recruitment, onboarding, data analysis and capture, work force planning, organisational change and training.

Working in a busy environment no two days will be the same.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum CIPD level 3 or 5.

Previous working experience in a HR supportive role working for a busy HR department.

Exposure to organisational change and in an environment where no 2 days are the same.

Strong organisational skills, organised, high level of resilience and diligence, "excellent attention to detail".

The ability to develop and build credible relationships with different stakeholders, excellent communication skills.

Strong HR admin skills, excellent Employment Law knowledge, strong team player.

THE BENEFITS:

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) (site based role)
