Exciting Role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join an established, award winning Main Contractor, with the chance to work on a variety of Commercial Projects in and around the South East.
Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor seeking a diverse role working in the education and Healthcare sector within an established Main Contractor? Are you looking to join an ambitious company where you can play in significant part in helping them reach their growth plans?
This Main Contractor specialise in New build and refurbishment projects within the Education and Healthcare creating a stable workload due to be enlisted on a number of public sector framework agreements. Founded by 3 ex tier one Director this company have set out very clear goals in order to ensure the business doubles turnover in the next 5 years. Due to this they are looking for a Commercial expert to join the team and contribute to their growth.
In this role you will be based in the Office in Aylesford, completing site visits where needed. You'll be involved from inception, right through to completion. This will include budget control, acquire sub-contractors and materials, arrange valuation reports and provide support to the commercial and site teams. You will be running multiple complex projects so will need to be highly organised.
The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying background working on New Build and refurbishment Commercial Projects looking to join a Commercially focused company where you will be rewarded with individual project profit related bonus.
