Customer Service Apprentice / Practitioner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our client's retail team. You'll undertake a Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship (Level 3) to help support you in your journey to becoming a key account supervisor. During this time you will receive on the job training from our client's friendly sales team.

Our client:
They are a UK upholstery furniture manufacturer: designing, developing and producing a range of vintage, contemporary, leather and fabric sofas as well as upholstered bed and stools.
The role:
Possible start date: ASAP
Monday to Friday: TBC
Total working hours: 37
What you will do in your working day:
- Supporting customers through the buying process in our showroom, on the phone and via email
- Entering new orders
- Track and file delivery notes for customers fabrics arriving
- Providing updates on live orders working through production
- Deal with customer queries or complaints
- Produce quote documents and collect payments from customers
- Allocate any of your customers returns coming back into the building
- Help the wider sales team with any other queries
The training you will receive:
- Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification
- All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
- Functional skills in English & maths if required

Qualifications required:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Desirable
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Desirable
Desired Skills:
- Strong organisational and communication skills to deliver great customer service in a confident manner
- Computer literate – including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, & email
- Excellent timekeeping skills
- Customer Service experience preferred
Personal Qualities:
- A can-do positive attitude
- Desire to learn and develop
- Good focus and attention to detail
