Systematix is currently looking for a **Sharepoint Functional Consultant (Business Analyst)**tohelp our UK-based client better incorporate the platform into their daily operations, on a global scale. This is a Hybrid role, on-site 1-2 days per week in Cambridge, UK.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is one of the world's leading Life Sciences companies, with offices around the globe. Working as the resident Sharepoint Specialist for the Technology Operations division, you will be responsible for assessing business needs and identifying best SharePoint usage practices.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with various user groups within the organization to better understand the usage of SharePoint as part of the business processes
- Analyzing business requirements and ensuring best practices
- Working with the Solutions Architect to design appropriate solution
- Ensuring successful project delivery and overall customer satisfaction
- Building and mainting workflows and content
- Overseeing activity pertaining to the maintenance of SharePoint.
ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint and other Microsoft products
- Previous experience in large scale Sharepoint migrations and integrations
- Experience managing and administration of enterprise-level O365 SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tool
- Good judgment and strong analytical skills as well as follow-up and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft certifications are an asset
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 3-month hybrid contract role with on-site visits to our client's Cambridge, England office.
