This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, entrepreneurial individual to implement the brand strategy within the 'Beyond Beer' portfolio to drive market share growth and profitability in alignment with the company's overarching strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise research and various data sources to consistently monitor consumer behaviour at all relevant touch points, including point of purchase (POP).
  • Generate actionable consumer insights to drive commercial advantage and brand differentiation.
  • Conduct regular market visits to stay connected with market realities and consumer trends.
  • Ensure brand activation proposals are distinct and do not overlap with initiatives of other brands in the company's portfolio.
  • Understand the broader portfolio strategy and its implications on brand activities.
  • Monitor category trends to inform brand strategy and positioning.
  • Ensure all team members working with the brand are well-informed of consumer insights and integrate these into their strategies and plans.
  • Implement all agreed brand initiatives from the trade calendar in a timely and complete manner.
  • Execute brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency in all brand communications both internally and externally.
  • Address consumer, shopper/on-trade consumer, and customer purchase drivers through brand activities, aligning with the Brand Strategy to achieve objectives.
  • Utilise the most effective mix of through-the-line (TTL) marketing activities, considering cost and benefit.
  • Monitor brand performance against set targets and recommend corrective actions to the Senior Brand Manager as needed.
  • Propose new products or adapt existing products to fit the local market, ensuring they support the strategic objectives of the brand.
  • Align and commit the organisation to effectively roll out planned activities across commercial functions (Sales, Trade Marketing).
  • Measure the effectiveness and ROI of communication initiatives against predefined objectives.

We Are Looking For a Colleague With:

  • 1-2 years of brand management experience.
  • Passion for brand communication, portfolio management, and profitability.
  • Curiosity, strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to understand the beer business and industry.
