Reed FE are supporting an FE College in the Northeast in their search for an AAT Lecturer. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, planning and preparing lessons, assessing student progress, and providing academic support and guidance.
Role: AAT Lecturer
Job Type: Temporary ongoing
Hours: 10 hours/week (Monday 6pm-9pm, Tuesday 6pm-9pm, Friday daytime)
Location: Durham
Rate: £25-£30/hour DOE
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching AAT courses and accounting principles
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Relevant AAT qualification or equivalent in Accounting
- Previous experience in further or higher education settings is desirable
- PGCE or teaching qualification is a plus
