You might be a Legal Secretary who is currently working in criminal law or have had previous experience working in that area of law and are keen to return. If so, your experience is highly sought after by our client.
You will be working as part of a brilliant criminal team, providing support to a busy Partner.
The work includes the following:
- Audio and copy typing of all documents as required using whatever software may currently by deployed by the firm
- Ensuring that outgoing post is dealt with in a timely manner each day
- Photocopying, opening of files on the case management system and any other administrative tasks as required
- Liaising with the courts on schedules
They are looking for:
- Previous Legal Secretary experience in criminal law
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficient with MS Office
- Typing speed of at least 60wpm with a high rate of accuracy
