Living Space Surveyor - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Undertake on site conservatory surveys for all base work elements plus window, door and roof systems in both UPVC and aluminium
- Provide quantity surveys for building materials
- Draw up, submit and monitor as required any planning applications, building regs applications, Thames Water build over agreements etc
- Prioritise and schedule timely surveys to the requirement of the customers and the urgency of the work required in line with the KPIs set and agreed with the Line Manager
- Draw up all surveys in a timely and accurate manager within the KPI's set by the line manager
- Communicate with customers as necessary and keep accurate records in accordance
- Provide accurate, regular and timely management information on customer records, and appointments
Living Space Surveyor - Personal Specification:
- NVQ level 3 in Fenestration Surveying preferable
- Must be experienced at taking site measurements
- Able to liaise effectively with relevant third parties for calculations and approvals
- Have knowledge of conservatory roof systems, windows, doors and construction works
- Able to undertake working drawings on CAD Hardworking
- Strong organisational and planning skills
