Prospero Teaching are currently searching for a passionate Maths Teachers to work within a vibrant and dynamic school, located within the heart of Chesham.
Position Overview: As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering educational maths lessons to students across various year groups. You will create engaging and effective lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic leadership of the academy, developing, implementing, and evaluating policies.
- Plan and deliver comprehensive maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
_Qualifications and Experience: _
- A degree in Maths or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
