The successful candidate will be supported by the Finance Manager and will be responsible for:
- Checking and prioritising purchase invoices for multi-companies before inputting
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes where relevant
- Reconciling supplier statement balances to ledgers
- Payment runs
- Accurate input and maintenance of ledgers
- Preparation of multiple bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of monthly expenses, company credit cards and petty cash, posting of entries into the accounting system.
- Sales ledger processing, credit control
- Assist the finance dept with any other duties as required.
