LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - MARYLEBONE
Dove and Hawk are working alongside an International leading property company based in Prime Central London. The company deals with all aspect of residential and commercial property and currently looking for a Negotiator to join their team.
Duties:
- Register new applicants for short term lettings and long term lettings.
- Enquires both in person and on the phone.
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Building relationships with applicants
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
- Checking properties prior to commencement of the tenancy and End of Tenancy checkouts
Requirements:
- Experience in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Hard working
- Organised and a team player.
- Focused and competitive
- Excellent work ethic - punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 6 months experience +
Hours: 09:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday Low Season & 09:00am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday High Season. Plus, a Saturday Rota from 10:00am to 4:00pm 1 in 2.
Salary: £22-£25K Basic, £40K OTE.
