Solutions Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced Solutions Administrator on behalf of our client, a reputable company based in Merstham. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering full-time hours and the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team.

  • Maintain and administer the Installed Toolsets to ensure changes to templates are in accordance with documented guides.
  • Delivery of systems and process improvements and enhancements to drive operational effectiveness, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement within the Production Centre to deliver exceptional customer service and meet customer needs.
  • Carry out the Installation of Software Components to ensure the solution is on the most up to date version.
  • Creation and Management of print rules and document routing supporting the print management policy.
  • Configuration and delivery of reporting within company tool sets for delivery at governance meetings.
  • Deliver training to staff as required as Tool-sets expand and develop.
  • Act as an interface for the company's technology to ensure speedy response to any escalations.
  • Advanced IT/P.C. skills proven troubleshooting background
  • Working Knowledge of print management applications and utilities
  • Basic SQL Administration
  • Good literacy / numeracy skills.
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Good understanding of customer requirements with a good level of business acumen

Advantageous to have any programming skills / experience.

  • As the Solutions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's operations.You will be the dedicated on site Solution Administrator Application Support Specialist for Secure Document Management tool sets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the solutions team, assisting with the coordination and management of business processes and client projects. This includes but is not limited to project tracking, document management, and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience in an administrative capacity. You should be highly organised, with strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively will also be essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the solutions team to coordinate and manage various business processes and client projects.
  • Assisting with project tracking, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including project documentation and client information.
  • Providing administrative support, such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing email correspondence.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as the production team, to ensure smooth work flows and timely project delivery.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of efficient administrative systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the printing or related industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
