About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to our students and supporting our core academic curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student's needs and abilities.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Manage student behaviour in the classroom and on school premises.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- You must have experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student education and welfare.
