Leading Liverpool law firm seeks a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their team.
Responsbilityies include:
- Setting up new starters correctly
- Setup/imaging of new PC's
- Network troubleshooting & resolving print issues
- Managing IT support tickets from our service desk system (ManageEngine)
- Have a knowledge of Azure/M365
- Work on project tasks for new IT systems being delivery into the business and work towards becoming a subject matter expert on any chosen systems.
Salary depends on skills and experience, a guide of £26-29k was given. This role will be office based, in modern city centre offices.
