An established and niche architecture firm is looking to hire an HR Coordinator to join a small HR function. This is a great chance to continue your career within the HR function and, in the long term, be more involved with HR Projects and People Cases.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a busy HR Coordinator role with lots of variety, so you'll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all HR enquiries. Delegating when needed.
  • Working on and managing the HR systems
  • Supporting with the preparation of Payroll for the Finance team.
  • Supporting the Head of HR and HR Manager with projects
  • Managing the benefits admin
  • Creating and producing a range of reports, exporting from systems into Excel.
  • Coordinating the annual appraisal process across the firm
  • Coordinating the Learning and Development programme.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have two years' experience in an HR Admin and looking for the next step into an HR Coordinator role. Be approachable, with a strong ability to understand and manipulate data and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:

  • 2 years experience in an HR admin role
  • Have an interest in Property, Architecture, Design
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Formulas
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable using a range of systems.
