Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for children with autism and complex needs in an educational setting.
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as required.
- Implement tailored educational activities and interventions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Manage challenging behaviour.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on students.
Requirements:
- Have experience working with ASD.
- Have experience working with SEN.
- SEN Teaching Assistant experience.
- Willingness to undertake personal care tasks (feeding, changing, toileting, etc.).
- Hold a DBS or be willing to pay for one.
- Eligibility to work in UK.
