I'm looking for Multi Trader for a permanent position from day one working around the West Midlands on insurance repairs. This contract will involve working on both empty and occupied houses, carrying out a wide range of repairs where needed.
The Multi Trades can be required to work on:
- Kitchens and Bathrooms
- Doors, Skirting, Architraves
- Plumbing
- Patch Plastering
- Basic Decorating
- Finishing and Making Good
- UPVC window and door repair/installation
- Plasterboarding
Ideally, I'm looking to speak to Multi Trades that:
- Have their own van
- Have a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
- Hold a recent Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness and Working at Heights certificate
- Experience working on Domestic Property Repairs
and in return, the Multi Trades will receive:
- £36,000 - 40,000 per year
- permanent position, or a long term self employed contract
- Mileage expenses
