Business Support Administrator

Job Title: Business Support Administrator

Location: Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport, SK2 7JE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week , Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm / 8.30am - 4.30pm

Trust Location: Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Assist with efficient and extensive administrative support to the Operational Support Team
  • Develop & create documents and reports using Microsoft Office packages
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a polite and professional manner
  • Co-ordinate and manage dashboards for multiple monthly meetings including minute taking tasks
  • Setting up meetings, sharing agendas and logging attendees.

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:

  • Minute Taking skills
  • Excellent IT skills including picking up new databases quickly
  • Fully proficient with all Microsoft Office packages
  • NHS experience highly desirable but not essential
  • NVQ 3 in Business Administration or Customer Care or equivalent demonstrable experience (desirable)
