Founded in 1960, with a global footprint and a reputation for integrity, flexibility and quality, this company is a world leader in commercial and military aircraft crew seating and executive jet passenger seating, with a growing presence in the electrical galley insert sector. They have developed an extensive capability to deliver these products, and they operate around the globe 24/7 for AOG, spare parts distribution, repair services and in-service technical support.

Your new role
The team are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Resourcing Advisor. Within this post, you will provide an efficient, effective and customer-focused resourcing service which supports all aspects of a candidate's relationship and engagement with the company.

  • Provide an efficient, effective and customer focused resourcing service which supports all aspects of a candidate's relationship and engagement with the company.
  • Build effective working relationships with hiring Supervisors/Managers, providing clear advice and guidance on Company Policies and Procedures, legislation, and risk to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good resourcing practice.
  • Lead the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns, maintaining a log of recruitment spend against specified budget,
  • Drive candidate attraction, sourcing across various channels (incl. social media) and using a variety of methods, techniques, and approaches,
  • Support hiring Supervisors/Managers to shortlist candidates and design and deliver fair and objective assessments,
  • Coordinate interviews and administer on-boarding for all new starters, including but not limited to: preparing employment contracts, offers packs and processing all pre-employment checks,
  • Monitor, review and update Company Policies and Procedures (resourcing related), ensuring compliance with current legislation,
  • Play a major role in work reviews and change processes, ensuring continuous improvement of resourcing practices,
  • Maintain current and accurate information within the HRI's and process robust management information aligned to business needs,
  • To have a duty of care to yourself and others regarding Health and Safety matters and to ensure all Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are implemented.

This post is based on-site in Rochford, there is some flexibility with working from home on occasion.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this post, you must have experience within HR and also recruitment. A CIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
You must have a solid understanding of 360 recruiting with stakehold management experience. A comprehensive working knowledge of UK employment Law and best practice.
Along with this skill set, the team are looking for exceptional organisational skills, a 'can do ethic' and a high awareness of productivity and quality.
