This premier firm are top of their game in the Real Estate sector, dominating the directory ratings and handling major instructions for national and international clients, advising household-named clients and government bodies. With significant growth in their team, they are now looking to recruit a number of experienced Real Estate lawyers to join their Bristol office.
Your new role
You will be joining their award-winning team providing a full range of transactional and advisory real estate services for a broad mix of clients from banks and institutional investors to government bodies and high net worth individuals, giving you fantastic experience of handling large-scale commercial property matters. Work will cover a diverse range of sectors including energy, hospitality, defence and telecoms.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Real Estate lawyer who has built your Commercial Property career with an established and highly regarded City, national or regional practice. You will have a broad and varied Real Estate skillset and be comfortable turning your hand to a broad variety of property matters. You will be a strong team player with a willingness to develop both yourself and the team around you, happy to take on and lead complex matters and support with looking after key clients.
