Do you have experience in a Shared Services Centre/HR function? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a varied workload?

Our People Shared Service Centre are looking for an organised and personable individual to join their team! As a People Shared Services Administrator you will be responsible for providing an exceptional employee experience to our stakeholders in a volume based and fast paced enviornment, administering all people transactional processes that spans the entire employee lifecycle from hire to retire.

We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail, as you will be the first point of contact for all People related queries, maintaining our People systems and providing accurate information in accordance with policy and procedure and the requirements of regulatory standards. In this role you will also draft and issue offer letters and contracts within SLAs, as well as ensuring pre-employment checks for new starters are completed ahead of start dates.

**Every day you will...

  • Draft and issue offer letters and contracts of employment for all new employees and contractors within our SLA, add them to our systems and enrol them onto the relevant e-learning modules
  • Maintain our reference checking system, ensuring all pre employment checks and compliance standards are achieved and all people files are 100% compliant at all times and update and renew all DBS checks
  • Update and action timely and accurate contractual change letters, processes and data input into our system
  • Manage our team inbox, ensuring all enquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner
  • Manage and administer the process for any assigned Maternity/Paternity/Adoption cases

  • Strong HR knowledge with experience working in a HR/Shared Services team
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from sending new employee contracts to processing leavers
  • Good problem solving skills with a solutions focused mindset
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
