Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Outbound calling to new clients ( contact details provided).
- Follow up calls to clients after; a quote / sample being sent out or a new enquiry.
- Call clients who have engaged on social media pages.
- Booking appointments for the Sales Team to visit clients.
- Sending out samples.
- Managing the CRM system, ensuring all client communication is updated.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant experience in a new business, sales, telesales or appointment setting role.
- Confident making a high volume of outbound calls to high profile B2B Clients.
- A natural communicator who enjoys being on the phone.
- Competent on MS Office Suite.
- Used to working with a CRM system.
- Ideally have experience in the interior design, construction, building materials or architectural sector.
