Seeking an experienced sales professional with excellent telephone skills, impeccable ability to absorb detail and a passion for new business.

Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Outbound calling to new clients ( contact details provided).
  • Follow up calls to clients after; a quote / sample being sent out or a new enquiry.
  • Call clients who have engaged on social media pages.
  • Booking appointments for the Sales Team to visit clients.
  • Sending out samples.
  • Managing the CRM system, ensuring all client communication is updated.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a new business, sales, telesales or appointment setting role.
  • Confident making a high volume of outbound calls to high profile B2B Clients.
  • A natural communicator who enjoys being on the phone.
  • Competent on MS Office Suite.
  • Used to working with a CRM system.
  • Ideally have experience in the interior design, construction, building materials or architectural sector.
