Job Description: HR Administrator 6-month FTC

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator/Assistant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development activities.
  • Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
