Here at settle we are looking for a Labourer to join the team to provide high quality maintenance work on our tenanted or vacant properties.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • To work across all trades and support with manual labour
  • Preparing job sites by assisting other trades by removing bathrooms and kitchen units and cleaning the area.
  • General cleaning, clearing gutters
  • Supporting with groundworks and drainage and removal of concrete and other bulk waste

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Previous labouring experience
  • Basic IT skills
  • Full clean UK driving licence
