As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Provide 1st line support by troubleshooting and resolving common technical issues related to computing system, hardware, and software applications.
- Assist senior team members with investigating and resolving technical problems.
- Support IT projects.
- Learn and apply IT best practices.
The successful IT Support Engineer will have the following related skills / experience:
- 1-2 years of technical support experience or relevant IT / Computer science qualification.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software applications.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication skills.
