Job description
Due to continued expansion, our client who has operated within this industry for over 25 years is currently looking for wet room installers to work on their ongoing contract for a leading building specialist. This will include working in tenanted and void properties around the Bristol area. This will require you being able to complete all bathroom rip out and installation works other than the electrical aspect within a 4 to 7 working day period.
This role will involve travelling to each of our projects which are predominately in and around the Bristol area.
This project can be either a contracted or permanentplacement. Contracted rate is around 23/25 per hour based on abilities and van and tools.
About you:
- Competent completing all plumbing, tiling & carpentry bathroom related works.
- Basic plastering related works.
- A good standard of onsite Health & Safety
- A team player who will be happy to work on your own as well as within a team.
- Someone who takes pride in their work to complete installations to a high standard
- Reliability and tidiness is essential
- Good organisation and communication skills
- A 'can-do' attitude.
- Able to listen and take instructions.
- Will have asbestos awareness.
- Ability to get to site.
- Own tools, power and hand.
About the role:
- Full-time Monday to Friday
- A full driving licence is required
- We are looking for an immediate/near Future start.
- Ensuring sites are left tidy.
- Caring about your site/job.
Benefits:
Price work available per job including ongoing recession proof work.
Optional On-call rota paid at 150 pounds per eve and double time which is paid to and from home address if called out to a property.
