Earnings: £40,000 - £65,000 per annum

The Role:
As a SMART Repair Technician, you'll benefit from a structured support system with all appointments pre-booked by the company's head office. You will have access to cutting-edge tools and equipment, with a fully stocked company van provided. The role offers the flexibility of home-starts, meaning you won't need to visit the office daily.
Bonus and Incentive Structure:
- Performance Bonus:
- Technicians earn a percentage-based commission on their monthly repair value, with increasing rates at higher billing thresholds.
- "Full House" Bonus:
- Earn an additional commision monthly by achieving key performance targets
- Technician of the Quarter Bonus:
- The top two technicians by job completion each quarter receive an additional bonus.
- Loyalty Bonus:
- Annual bonuses are awarded based on yearly billing, with significant rewards for hitting higher thresholds.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Alloy Wheel / SMART Repair
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service
- Willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight
- Must hold a full UK driving license
