A highly reputable and long-established independent Estate Agency is currently recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator for their office in Camden. Offering an unbeatable service to their clients, they are renowned for their professionalism and successes.
To be successful as the Lettings Negotiator you will be proactive, target driven and a clear communicator.
The Lettings Negotiator's responsibilities will include the following:
- Liaising with both Landlords and clients and identifying their requirements.
- Booking and accompanying property viewings and providing feedback.
- Negotiating on offers.
- Building strong relationships with both landlords and clients.
- Providing and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
As the Lettings Negotiator, you will be rewarded the following:
- £17,000 base salary
- £ 4,250 car allowance
- First year expected £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
Required Skills:
- Driving licence is a must.
- Be hungry and driven to succeed.
- Be personable, honest, and able to communicate at all levels, whilst working to sales targets and deadlines to maximise business opportunities.
- Have strong relationship building skills.
