Sales Support Administrator

Are you wanting to join our dynamic client, where they pride themselves on delivering exceptional support to their sales teams. They are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to enhance their operations and communication efforts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sales Support Administrator to really make their mark!

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support Admin:
  • Assist Trade/DIY sales and account management teams with creating bespoke POS, manuals, and guides.

  • Coordinate meetings and functions for sales and account management teams.

  • Manage visitor logging for stakeholders visiting the Sheffield head office.

  • Process uniform and PPE requests for sales teams.

  • Create line plans for customer accounts.

  • Handle orders, packing, and delivery of event POS and tools.

  • Support stakeholders with ad-hoc requests and territory optimization through the Geo-Plan platform.

  1. Communication:
  • Support Sales Development team through regular meetings and updates.

  • Attend weekly sales team calls, delivering operational updates.

  • Build and circulate weekly business activity and incentive communication updates.

  • Deliver monthly sales support team updates at SET team meetings.

  1. SFDC System Management:
  • Create and distribute SFDC action plans.

  • Manage action plan reporting and continuous improvement of sales team operations.

  • Coordinate SFDC dashboard windows and download ad-hoc reporting requests.

  1. Customer Orientation:
  • Assist with the creation of customer business plans.

  • Manage customer CPI communication and new starter setup forms.

  • Create customer UM communication decks.

  1. KF Chip Management:
  • Manage and coordinate colour chip PO's and stock holding.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for chip order management.

In order to be successful, you will require the following:-

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Sales Force and Geo-Plan platforms (ideal but not essential)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in sales support or a related field is a plus.
