HR/Recruitment Support (Temporary)
Contract Length: ASAP start - 1 month contract with potential of being extended
Location: Ealing
Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Temporary contract: As soon as possible
Hourly rate: £16 per hour
Fully office-based role with all necessary equipment provided
Our client, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR/Recruitment Support to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a renowned company and gain valuable experience in HR and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR/Recruitment team in testing their new HRMS system, Oracle
- Ensure efficient functionality of all system functions to produce accurate outcomes
- Follow script instructions to check the functionality of various processes
- Utilise your experience in recruitment and human resources to identify missing information and correct any typos
- Collaborate with the team to set up new processes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment and human resources is essential
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
- Strong organisational skills to effectively set up processes
- Familiarity with HRMS systems, particularly Oracle, is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
