My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Procurement System Implementation Consultant (Oracle Fusion) on a Contract basis.
The role will improve the way the Council uses its back office core systems (Oracle Fusion), improving the purchase to pay process (P2P)
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- The role will develop the use of Purchase Agreements (Blanket Purchase Agreements) to capture actual spend against contract value and manage expiry dates.
- The objective is to eventually have this in place for all contract over £25k.
- Develop and implement interface with the contract management system
- Use Oracle i-supplier portal to implement Purchase Order 'flip' capability for suppliers to enter and monitor status of their invoices. Implement alternative solutions to manage legitimate exceptions where it is not viable.
About you: You will have the following experiences:
- In depth experience of delivering similar contract and e-invoicing solutions is required
- Detailed knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement is essential.
- Local Authority / Public sector experience is highly beneficial
What's on offer:
- Salary: £500-£700+ per day, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
