We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role has no cold calling but the ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a high-volume phone-based role.
As a Sales Executive your role involves building strong customer relationships, managing your sales pipeline, and proactively reaching out to customers who have applied for car finance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their car buying process and ensuring that your calls are compliant and that customers are fully informed.
As an Sales Executive your key responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers to discuss their finance application
- Conducting qualification calls to understand customer needs and their progress in the car buying process
- Managing your sales pipeline to efficiently maintain contact with your customers
- To achieve all KPI's around activity and quality
- Utilise and update our CRM system
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, with the customer at the center of all your actions
- Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards
Requirements of an Sales Executive:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage your sales pipeline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is an office based role, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday.
