This role entails providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support for our renowned client based in Leeds. The Executive Assistant will manage, plan, and organise activities of a diverse nature on a day-to-day basis.

Description

The role of the executive assistant will include:

  • Coordinate and manage the administrative tasks of the department
  • Plan and organise meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Provide full secretarial support to the team, including document and report preparation
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Manage communication between the department and internal or external clients
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain contact lists and organise correspondence

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • An educational background in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar executive assistant position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience in the sports & hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is a salary range of £38,000 to £42,000.
