Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Director for Housing Management in Tower Hamlets Council.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week on site so you must be willing to travel to Whitechapel.
Job Description:
- Provide the strategic and operational leadership to achieve excellence in the delivery of our housing management services, ensuring that resources are delivering timely and considerate value for money outcomes for residents.
- Develop housing management and property investment strategies that will support continuously improved services for our tenants and leaseholders, improving the residents journey.
- Effectively manage the Housing Operations directorate, ensuring effective recruitment, training and development of staff. Monitor and appraise performance and keep structures under review.
About you:
- Local Authority experience is a MUST - stake holder experience.
- Local Gov or Housing experience
- Regulatory experience TSM's
- Huge culture peace.
- Relationship management.
- Transformation experience
- CIH is an advantage.
