We are looking for someone who is excited to immerse themselves in our clients culture and business

Our client is looking for someone to become key member of their small payroll team, the Payroll Administrator reports directly to the Payroll Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to process client payrolls using Staffology software. You will work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively with clients, based in their lovely Letchworth office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing client payrolls
  • Ensuring correct Tax/NI rates and relevant certificates are in place for each employee, including certificates of age exception, certificates of election, and NI deferment certificates
  • Completing and submitting all PAYE & NIC documentation
  • Calculating employee and employer pension contributions, maintaining detailed records, and handling any administration required by the pension provider
  • Addressing client queries
  • Handling all HM Revenue & Customs enquiries
  • Keeping up to date with legislation changes
