Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Shift Pattern: 12 hours shifts (Rotating Days & Nights - 6.00am to 6.00pm & 6.00pm / 6.00am) you must be able make it to site for the 6.00am (Public transport can be difficult)

Gloucestershire based manufacturing company, known for their high-quality products, is seeking a talented Machine Operators to join the growing team. The company supplies to major UK supermarkets and is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria to apply**.**
Responsibilities include:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet production plans and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment
- Work with maintenance and quality control teams to reduce breakdowns and defects
- Carry out changeovers
- Product washouts
- Material handling
- Monitor quality and report any issues or defects
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Basic mechanical awareness of factory automation principles
- IT skills in machine data and control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing industry preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials within agreed risk assessment limits
