Our client is a highly respected and successful firm of estate agents based in across kent and Sussex and they are looking to recruit a high calibre individual to enhance their successful Lettings team.
They are looking for an experienced Lettings Professional to add to their Tunbridge Wells team as an ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER
Main duties include:
- Carrying out property appraisals and viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Negotiating renewal of tenancies
- Ensuring legislation and compliance are followed
- Assisting Lettings Manager in driving the business forward
- Overseeing our team of negotiators in their day-to-day activities
Person Specification:
- Proven track record in property appraisals
- Thoroughly professional approach
- Enjoys dealing with people
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Can deliver the highest level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Full UK driving licence and use of car (mileage paid)
- Local area knowledge -Tonbridge/Southborough/Tunbridge Wells/Crowborough/Heathfield and nearby villages
Salary/Package
- Basic Salary: £26,000
- OTE £35,000
- Mileage paid 45p per mile
- Profit share scheme after successful completion of probation
- 21 days holiday (23 after 5 years) plus public holidays
Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturdays, 9.00am - 4.30pm with weekday off in lieu
