HR Advisor

We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join an established business based in Stratford, London.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £45k-50k with good benefits and the exciting opportunity for professional development. You will work with and visit other offices within the business and immerse yourself in various HR initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with CIPD Level 5 and experience of ER casework.

  • Enjoy the chance to progress and develop professionally.
  • Confidently liaise with managers across the business including supporting/advising in ER meetings using knowledge of employment law.
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking all employee training – professional, apprenticeships and CPD.
  • Handle employee queries relating to HR.
  • Represent HR across the business, contributing to ideas and working collaboratively with the team across offices to maintain positive working relationships
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on key HR Projects such as talent attraction and retention.
  • Assist the HR Team in Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional approach with an appreciation for the confidential environment of which you work in.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years generalist HR experience in a UK corporation.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification.
  • Ability to confidently engage with line managers.
  • Proven exposure to case work and disciplinaries.
  • Experience within a Learning and Development environment would be advantageous.
